Thunderbird Pools & Spas is a reputable residential pool builder specializing in custom design and high-quality construction alongside our landscape company Thunderscapes.

With a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, we strive to transform outdoor living spaces for families all throughout the valley.

You will be responsible for managing the sales process for your clients from initial consultation to the sale of the project.

From project sale to completion, you will be responsible for project revisions or other items that may arise throughout the permitting and construction process.

• Attend 48 initial client consultations on a weekly basis, meet with prospective clients to review their project vision including needs, design preferences, budget, and other project details.
• Utilizing Structure Studios design software (Vip3D/Pool Studio) create custom pool and landscape designs based off each client's property measurements and project preferences.
• Accurately price out your designs to create complete project proposals to present to your clients.
• Organize followup meetings to review project proposals, complete project revisions upon request, provide expert guidance on material selections, educate clients on project equipment/features as well as set proper expectations for the pool building process.
• Coordinate with processing and construction teams to address client changes or design questions to ensure projects proceed through the building process accurately.
• Manage the sales process with each client efficiently, provide client project proposals in a timely manner following consultation, provide frequent followup and excellent customer service.
• Attend sales meetings, jobsite meetings, and participate in a floor duty rotation in our design center when scheduled

• Previous experience in pool or landscape sales/design (12 years preferred)
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Pool Studio, or similar software
• Previous knowledge of the pool and landscape industry including design, construction methods, materials, and equipment
• Ability to build a strong rapport with clients through excellent communication
• Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
• Selfmotivated and goaloriented
• Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office)
