Your Responsibilities:

Step 1

During your 18-month trainee program at JG Group, you will have the opportunity to choose from the fields of education, nursing, or administration and gain comprehensive practical experience in all departments during your first year.

Step 2
You will be given early responsibility for project-based tasks and actively participate in the development of JG Group. With your soon-to-be organizational overview, you will support us in networking the different departments of our subsidiaries.

Step 3

After 12 months, your interests and strengths will be taken into account and determine the focus of your third trimester.

Your Profile:

You have successfully completed a degree at a university or technical college, or have a vocational training in the fields of nursing, education, social and health management, business administration, or related fields.
You are interested in working in the Rhein-Main area or another location within the JG Group.
Ideally, you have gained some professional experience in the social or health sector, or have completed internships with a focus on social or health economics.
You are motivated to take on leadership responsibilities in the future and want to build a solid professional foundation for this.
