- Role: Full-time Case Manager for a residential veterans program
- Responsibilities:
- Supervising veterans on-site
- Offering services such as assessment, recovery planning, case conferences, referrals, counseling, advocacy, and discharge planning
- Ensuring safety and maintenance of agency facilities
- Creating recovery support groups and activities
- Transporting veterans safely in agency vehicles when needed
- Observing medication administration by veterans
- Providing medication education
- Documenting service delivery and upholding confidentiality
- Submitting maintenance requests
- Participating in meetings, shifts coverage, and program activities
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- 1 year of experience in mental health, substance abuse, or veteran services
- Prefer military or veteran work history; Bilingual skills are a bonus
- Valid driver's license with a good record
