A bit about us:
_
We are caring, patient, and attentive first-time parents looking for an amazing nanny to care for and love our baby We are practicing "Gentle Parenting" and are looking for a nanny who will align with our parenting style and house rules.
One of our biggest rules is no screen time in front of our child so we need a nanny who can abstain from checking their phone until their breaks.
I will be working from home and stepping away from my home office to breastfeed. My husband usually works outside the home three days a week. Sometimes Grandma will travel from Iran and stay with us for a month. We are on the quieter side (me more than my husband), but we both value someone who is social and more outgoing.
Our 1-year-old baby girl is very expressive and energetic She is not napping consistently, and wants to be held and rocked.
