    We are a family-run independent insurance agency with a great company culture and a strong focus on providing exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking a 2-20 Licensed Insurance Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for sales-related activities, leveraging our extensive lead generation system and CRM to maximize your success.

    Responsibilities

    The sales team is expected to utilize our abundant leads to actively prospect, identify potential customers, and generate new business opportunities by:

    • Customer Consultation: Engage with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs, provide expert advice, and recommend suitable coverage options
    • Sales Management: Guide clients through the insurance application and enrollment process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all necessary documentation
    • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners and clients, providing ongoing support and service to foster long-term loyalty
    • Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with the customer service team, coordinating seamlessly to ensure efficient and smooth service delivery
    • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on insurance industry trends, products, and regulations to enhance your knowledge and provide the best possible solutions to clients and business partners
    • Administration: Utilize our advanced computer systems and CRM to manage client information, sales activities, and follow-up tasks accurately and efficiently

    Requirements
    • Must hold a valid 2-20 insurance license.
    • Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in sales, preferably in the insurance industry
    • Positive Attitude: Display a positive mindset, enthusiasm, and a willingness to contribute to a team-oriented environment
    • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, business partners, and colleagues
    • Self-Motivated: Possess a strong drive to achieve sales targets and the ability to work independently
    • Computer and Typing Skills: Proficient in using computer applications and typing accurately at an advanced level
    • Growth Mindset: Desire to grow professionally, learn continuously, and embrace opportunities for career advancement
    • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in managing paperwork, documentation, and following processes accurately
