Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CAD Drafter to join our team. As a CAD Drafter, you will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design software. Your attention to detail and ability to interpret specifications will be crucial in ensuring accurate and precise drawings.


Duties:


  • Utilize CAD software (such as Revit, Sketchup, NavisWorks, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and SolidWorks) to create detailed 2D and 3D drawings
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and designers to understand project requirements
  • Review and analyze technical specifications, sketches, and schematics
  • Incorporate design changes and modifications into existing drawings
  • Ensure drawings comply with industry standards and regulations
  • Create accurate bills of materials for construction projects
  • Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including reports and presentations

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a CAD Drafter or similar role
  • Proficiency in CAD software (Revit, Sketchup, NavisWorks, Civil 3D, MicroStation, SolidWorks)
  • Strong knowledge of drafting techniques and standards
  • Familiarity with building codes and regulations
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to interpret technical specifications and translate them into detailed drawings
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams

Note:
This is a paid position. Internship positions must also be compensated accordingly.
