Our client is Florida's Premier Pool Builder and seeks a construction project coordinator. The ideal candidate will have prior experience and / or education on the business side of construction management. Prior experience in pool construction is a plus, but it is NOT required.
This is a full-time position (in-person) with an emphasis on managing the business side of project management and customer service.
The Project Coordinator should be capable of managing multiple projects and clients at a time.Responsibilities:
Manage multiple projects Main point of contact with homeowners during construction Manage the business side of project management - such as cost analysis and budgeting Focus on customer service and keeping the customer satisfied Change orders and up selling Maintain excellent organization & communication

Qualifications:
Experience as a construction project coordinator or construction business coordinator Should have educational background in construction management and / or experience in construction management.
Experience with residential and commercial construction projects Should be technically skilled in construction management software and Microsoft Suite to include Excel Possess excellent communication skills & organization skills Must be customer service oriented Positive can do attitude is critical Valid drivers license meeting company insurance guidelines A background check will be conducted for this position Minimum 2 years of project coordination experience.
