Job summary
Under general supervision of the Doc Draw Manager, the Doc Drawer Assistant is responsible for calling employers to verify borrower's employment.
- Verify that our borrower is still employed by calling the employer.
- Completing a VOE form for each borrower.
- Keeping track of the VOE's that have not been completed and calling employer back until the VOE has been completed.
Position requires High School Diploma or equivalent. Two plus years of Mortgage Banking experience preferred. Ability to prioritize working order based on established due dates. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.
Abilities required
- Excellent organizational, attention-to-detail, follow-up, written and verbal communication skills.
- Exhibits a professional manner in dealing with others and works to maintain constructive working relationships.
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), and knowledge of internet browsers.
