For the Department of Surgery at Vivantes Humboldt Hospital, we are looking for you to start as soon as possible as a


Medical Assistant (MA) or Medical Office Assistant (m/f/d):


Your tasks:


Daily phlebotomy (blood draws, venous catheter placement) - Assisting with medical procedures, changing dressings - Processing rehabilitation and post-acute care applications - Obtaining test results from general practitioner offices, radiology practices, etc.

- Assisting with patient rounds - Organizing meetings with family members - Scheduling outpatient appointments - Preparing patients for surgery (taking medical history, medication and lab tests) - Rotating between outpatient appointments and patient preparation


We expect:

Training as a Medical Assistant (MA) or Medical Office Assistant - Friendly and customer-oriented demeanor - Organizational skills and willingness to work cooperatively - Independent, dedicated, and patient-oriented work ethic
