What we need:


What you will do:


  • Collaborate with financial professionals, members of their teams, and internal business partners to cooperatively design new features/enhancements including, but not limited to New Account Opening, ACH instructions Check requests, Wires, standing and periodic instructions, RMD instructions, ACAT and nonACAT transfers, Beneficiary updates, dividend reinvestments, Power of Attorney changes, and Advisory Goal Modification requests.
  • Gather and document requirements, write user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Construct user journey maps/flows, process flows, and other supporting visual and requirements documentation.
  • Assist in the management of product roadmaps and backlog and make prioritization decisions based on business priorities, user feedback, and consumer and market needs.
  • Partner with program/project management, user experience, development, and testing teams to execute and deliver against shared business objectives and delivery milestones.
  • Drive awareness and promote the usage of digital solutions by presenting and/or showcasing their value and benefits within the company, at conferences and events, and/or with prospective financial advisors/institutions.
  • Lead cross functional team charged with driving platformwide awareness and adoption campaigns including marketing and communications to increase knowledge, training coordination to enlighten the user community on key capabilities and benefits, and coordinate efforts with service and other supporting teams.

What you need to have (basic qualifications):

  • 5+ years of digital product management and/or related experience with financial advisor and/or consumer facing products/solutions. Financial Services experience required and other vertical industries a nice to have.
  • Experienced leader and/or influencer of people and distributed teams.
  • Ability to be a thought leader and drive both the vision & strategy and the execution of a digital product/solution.
  • Data and insight driven approach to understanding the marketplace, customer needs (endconsumer and financial professional), and competitor offerings.
  • Proven ability to engage, collaborate, and engender trust with other teams (including userexperience and development teams).
  • Lean/design thinking/user centered design approach to product vision, design, and roadmap management.
