    Description
    Job Title: Integration Engineer

    Location: Remote

    Employment Type: Contract

    Duration: 12 Months

    JD: (Must have Salesforce platform integration into Health cloud payer/provider and if Rhapsody is used as an integration tool it will be great)

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Troubleshoot integration-related issues throughout the technology stack. From Salesforce to Rhapsody to Athena.
    • Support new interfaces by making updates to the Salesforce platform to support required configuration or coding changes.
    • Develop proof of concepts using Postman or similar tools to mock the integration pattern to be developed.
    • Build custom integrations that execute in Azure for particularly complex workflows.
    • Work closely with other integration engineers, project managers and stakeholders.
    • Participate in testing new & existing integrations as required.
    • Analyzes customer requirements and business workflow for integration implementations.
    • Create, present, and maintain program design artifacts like data flow diagrams and end-user process maps.
    • Exhibit excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and an ability to balance and fulfill multiple priorities.
    • Adhere to an analytical approach with an ability to solve complex problems.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.
