As a Patient Supply Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our patients receive the medical supplies they need, when they need them. In this role, you will have the opportunity to be a problem solver, working closely with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients to coordinate the delivery of supplies. Your empathetic nature and customer-centric mindset will be essential as you provide exceptional service to our patients and address any issues or concerns they may have.

    What's your day like?

    As a Patient Supply Coordinator at HME Specialists, LLC, you will be responsible for working closely with insurance providers, physicians, and patients to ensure that they receive the prescribed medical supplies using their covered insurance benefits. Your role will involve communicating with insurance companies to verify coverage and obtain necessary authorizations, coordinating with healthcare providers to gather prescription information, and assisting patients in navigating the insurance process. Your empathetic and customer-centric approach will be crucial in providing support and guidance to patients, ensuring that they have access to the supplies they need for their medical care.
