Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow a set work schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Remove daily trash from tenant trash rooms and retail outlets.
  • Keep parking garage clean and wellmaintained.
  • Ensure cleanliness of walkways and grounds for pedestrian traffic.
  • Communicate effectively with direct manager, tenants, and external vendors.
  • Perform plumbing, electrical, and light carpentry tasks as needed.
  • Handle fountains and pumps maintenance, if required.
  • Operate company vehicles as per qualifications.
  • Adhere to scheduled work hours and complete tasks in a timely manner.
