Your tasks:
IT user support (1st & 2nd level support, ticketing)

Identification, resolution, and documentation of hardware and software issues

Installation of IT workstations (hardware and software)

IT-related onboarding and offboarding activities

User management (authorization management, access management, Active Directory)

Management and administration of mobile devices (smartphones, tablets)

Continuous monitoring and updating of documentation and procedures in the IT-WIKI

Management of software licenses

Procurement and management of hardware and software

Conducting system introductions and trainings

Your qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d), IT system salesman (m/f/d), or equivalent qualification

Detailed knowledge in the area of Windows client operating systems and Office products

Expertise in client hardware

Experience with local applications

Knowledge of IT service management

Understanding of processes and interfaces

Communication skills

Analytical skills
