Do you thrive in a dynamic and diverse environment? The Central Library (ZB) at Forschungszentrum Jülich plays a crucial role in supporting our internationally recognized scientists and infrastructure areas.

As an IT specialist, you will be responsible for developing and operating database systems, collaborating with agile teams, and implementing new applications and workflows.

You will also work closely with developers from RWTH Aachen University and other Helmholtz centers, and manage Windows and Linux systems, communication systems, and software.


As an ideal candidate, you have a Master's degree in computer science or a related field, experience in back-end and front-end development, and knowledge of JavaScript, C#, and Python.

Experience with virtualization solutions and open-source environments is a plus. You are a team player with excellent communication skills in English.
