Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefit inquiries and enrollment.
  • Handle employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detailoriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
