We are currently seeking a qualified nursing professional (m/f/d) to join our senior care home in Ottendorf-Okrilla, located in Bayville, NY.

This position is for 32 hours per week and is permanent. Full-time employment is also possible.


Responsibilities:


  • Providing skilled, comprehensive and planned care
  • Maintaining nursing documentation
  • Creating and evaluating care plans
  • Ensuring quality of care and care processes
  • Advising and supporting residents, family members and visitors

Requirements:


  • Education as a registered nurse, geriatric nurse or health and nursing professional
  • Indepth knowledge of senior care
  • Proficiency in using nursing process tools and PC applications
  • Positive attitude towards working with elderly, dependent and dementia patients
  • Resilience, dedication and teamwork skills
  • Strong social skills
  • Identification with the goals and mission of Diakonie Dresden
