- At least 2 years of payroll tax experience
- Meticulous attention to detail and organization
- Innate desire to follow established processes for compliance
- A love of new technology (and are quick to adapt to it)
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken forms
- Superior client service skills
- Be the primary monitor and responder for the Tax Dept email inbox-where notices, tax inquiries, and amendment requests are sent
- Update UI rates in Payroll System (ExecuPay) & MasterTax System when we receive annual mailings and bulk update files
- Monitor and oversee Middesk Account
- Coordinate and file new and outstanding POAs
- Provide relevant details for necessary client notification emails when state filing requirements change
- Assist with amendments, as needed
- Assist in quarter/year end processing (April, July, October, January)
- 4-day (36 hour) work week

We're looking for someone to join our bustling Tax Department who can help our clients maintain regulatory compliancy across
relevant states and a thorough understanding of the ramifications of not meeting/adhering to governmental requirements.
