Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dispatcher. As a Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing the transportation of freight. This is a full-time position and is fully remote.


Duties:

• Dispatch freight to appropriate drivers and ensure timely delivery
• Utilize transportation management systems to track shipments and update status
• Coordinate with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or delays
• Monitor transportation planning to optimize routes and maximize efficiency
• Analyze data and provide reports on transportation performance
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in dispatching is required
• Knowledge of transportation management systems
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in using computer software such as Google Sheets and Excel

Pay:
From $50,000.00 per year
