Vimcar is developing the one-stop software for SMBs in Highlands, TX to manage their fleets. A unique combination of live vehicle data and SaaS functionalities helps businesses automate fleet management. Currently, Vimcar is used for over 130,000 vehicles in Europe.

We are currently looking for a
Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) to join our great CS/Operations team.


YOUR ROLE
Our
Customer Service Team ensures that Vimcar's customers are satisfied with our services. You will assist with hardware issues and provide support for product inquiries. Feedback from your customer interactions will be passed on to other departments to continuously improve our products and services. Your work is therefore an
important asset to our company. Currently, this department consists of over 20 team members divided into four specialized teams.

Considering that Vimcar is expanding and will continue to grow in the future, we are looking for new team members and look forward to your application.


  • In our customer service, you will
    support business customers with technical questions about our fleet management software
  • You will receive and analyze
    customer inquiries and work towards finding a solution
  • You will handle tickets by phone and/or in writing, and we will coordinate with you regarding your preferences
  • You will
    use various software tools to solve problems and document your process in Zendesk, our customer service tool
  • Once Covid19 numbers decrease, we will resume our
    weekly team day in our beautiful Berlin office
