The
Warehouse Lead will direct the warehouse staff in performing/controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of products.

Responsibilities Include:

Ensures the execution of warehouse goals and objectives
Resolve any issues or problems which occur in the warehouse and where appropriate elevate the issue to a more senior level
Utilize computer systems to maintain accurate data
Make sure that team members are following safety requirements
Maintain a clean and tidy working area to aid operational efficiency
Proactively contributes to the team
3+ years warehouse experience required
High School diploma or equivalent
Willingness to operate material handling equipment including forklift, order picker, pallet jack, and other equipment as required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of warehouse activities and procedures
Demonstrates the ability to quickly adapt to changing conditions and solve problems immediately
Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) and advanced warehouse technology (preferred)
Exhibits the ability to work well with others and maintain organization between crossrelated departments
Displays the ability to multitask and handle multiple issues at the same time without stress
