    Job Overview: Lilly is seeking a Dermatology Specialty Territory Manager to join our team in Manhattan South, NY. In this role, you will be responsible for account-based selling to healthcare providers who prescribe and influence treatment for various dermatological conditions. You will build relationships with key customers, identify business opportunities, and collaborate with advocacy groups and key influencers to drive adoption of our therapies.

    Responsibilities:

    • Territory Management: Develop a strong understanding of the territory and reimbursement landscape to adapt to business needs.
    • Account Management: Navigate the healthcare environment, understand accounts, and become a trusted partner to key stakeholders.
    • Selling Skills & Customer Experience: Listen actively, demonstrate medical integrity, and engage in patient-centered dialogues with customers.
    • Execution & Results: Utilize business analytics to meet customer needs, collaborate with peers, and achieve sales goals.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree
    • Professional certification or license
    • Valid driver's license
    • Authorized to work in the United States

    Additional Skills:

    • 2+ years of sales experience
    • Demonstrated business ownership skills
    • Experience in account-based selling
    • Strong background in navigating complex health systems
    • Knowledge of specialty pharmacy distribution
    • Experience in selling injectable/infusion products

    Salary Range: $79,500 - $140,800
