THE ROLE & THE TEAM:

As the
Lead Content Management (all genders) in Customer Care in Castroville, TX, you will be responsible for leading a team of over 10 Content Management Experts and (Junior) Content Managers.

Your main duties will include organizing and prioritizing the team's work, as well as providing support to other Zalando teams in improving customer communication.

You will also play a key role in defining the team's strategic direction and prioritizing and assigning relevant initiatives based on thorough analysis and written arguments.
