Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Full-Time
Location: Bloomfield, CT

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) for full-time roles with school districts in the Bloomfield, CT area. We specialize in providing staffing solutions to support the education and well-being of students.

Requirements:
Applicants must meet all local and state requirements to apply. This includes holding a valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and any additional certifications or licensures required by the state of Connecticut.

Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students with challenging behaviors.
Provide training and support to school staff, including teachers and paraprofessionals, on behavior management strategies and techniques.
Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized behavior support plans for students.
Collect and analyze data on student behavior to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions.
Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide input on behavior goals and interventions.
