Job Summary:

I am seeking an individual highly skilled and established in the field of ABA, who is Board Certified (BCBA) and can work / supervise in New Jersey.

This is a unique opportunity to join a start up ABA program, providing critical clinical guidance and program development support.

The right individual may work mostly (nearly fully) remote as a key advisor and program architect.

As a key advisor to our founding team, the compensation package will include an equity stake in this venture for the right person.

You will help craft/ develop our clinical policies and strategy, and oversee 1 -2 Behavioral Technicians in the provision of direct, in person ABA care of between 4 and 8 children diagnosed with ASD.

This may include assessments, authorization and other clinical tasks (e.g. treatment planning, behavioral intervention implementation, progress monitoring, supervision, parent training) as applicable. Entrepreneurial-minded superstars sought


Experience:

• Must be a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)
• Minimum of 23 years of field experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of behavioral assessment tools, functional analysis, and behavior intervention strategies.

$78, $194,045.99 per year
