Langdon Place of Exeter is looking for a full time dynamic receptionist to join our team Our receptionists directly influence our senior living community's reputation as the first person that a resident, family member or other visitor interacts with.

- Answer all incoming calls professionally and courteously and redirect them appropriately.
- Warmly welcome, greet and direct residents, visitors, and guests.
- Coordinate outgoing and incoming mail.
- Organize and process invoices.
- Order supplies and performs other clerical duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- High school degree or equivalent is required.

- Excellent communication skills are required.
