Responsibilities

  • Creation, tracking, and negotiation of offers
  • Customer support in the back office
  • Independent planning and coordination of audits with a focus on quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management systems
  • Monitoring of audit dates and ensuring timely followup
  • Management of own customer base and collaboration with the sales team
  • Recording and maintenance of customer data in SAP
  • Conducting auditor searches with a focus on economic aspects

Qualifications

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship
  • Minimum of three years of professional experience
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Resilience and selfinitiative
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Previous knowledge in quality management is advantageous
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Good written and verbal English skills
