Senior Full Stack Engineer
The Role
At Fidelity Institutional Technology (FIT) we are in search of an accomplished Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a dynamic squad dedicated to the expansion of our Managed Account product line. Our development teams are highly collaborative and encourage creativity, innovation, and excellence. Your experience, skills, and input will be critical to our shared success.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
6+ years of full stack development experience
Experience leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) and exploring technical feasibility tradeoffs
Experience with building single page web applications using TypeScript, Angular, or Model-View-Controller
Experience with developing cloud-compatible Spring Boot microservices
Experience with databases and SQL
Experience with AWS services
Experience building and deploying applications using continuous integration pipelines and automated deployment tools such as Jenkins
Experience using source control and pull requests for collaborative development in code repository tools such as GitHub
Experience in a financial domain is a plus, especially multi-tiered billing applications
Experience with test automation frameworks a plus The Team
At the core of our mission, Fidelity Institutional Technology (FIT) serves as the catalyst for our business partners to excel in their respective markets. We strive to achieve this by meticulously crafting, building, and upkeeping the technological infrastructure and products within Fidelity's Institutional business units. Embedded within FIT, is the Managed & Advisory Solutions team, an integral part of the broader FI Wealth Management Domain, which is dedicated to the creation and support of products facilitating managed product distribution, both on and off the platform.
As a vital member of this dynamic team, your role within FIT will focus on providing robust systems analysis support for the high-paced Managed & Advisory Solutions team. Your contributions will extend beyond routine tasks, as you become a driving force in solving complex business challenges for our clients. Wearing multiple hats, you will orchestrate the coordination of development, spearhead solution design, and proactively embrace emerging technologies to enhance existing processes. Throughout, your keen analytical skills will ensure the accuracy and alignment of outputs with defined requirements, making a substantial impact on our organization.
Dynamic Working
At Fidelity TalentSource, our goal is for most people to work flexibly in a way that balances both personal and business needs with time onsite and offsite through what we call "Dynamic Working." Most associates will have a hybrid schedule with a requirement to work onsite at a Fidelity location for at least one week, 5 consecutive days, every four weeks. These requirements are subject to change.
