Then join our team at Eagleton Village We are currently seeking a permanent and full-time or part-time employee to start immediately.
Your responsibilities
- You will accompany individuals with disabilities in managing their personal lives in their own homes.
- You will assist in implementing therapy and activity plans.
- You will participate in individual and small group therapy sessions tailored to specific conditions and the residents' biographies.
- You will contribute to timely and comprehensible nursing documentation.
What you bring
- You enjoy working with people and have empathy for seniors and individuals with dementia or mental illness.
- You ideally have a background in social work, nursing, or caregiving, or have previous experience in the field.
- You are willing to work in a 3-shift system and on weekends, Sundays, and holidays.
- You are committed to continuous learning and professional development.
