Then join our team at Eagleton Village We are currently seeking a permanent and full-time or part-time employee to start immediately.

Your responsibilities

You will accompany individuals with disabilities in managing their personal lives in their own homes.
You will assist in implementing therapy and activity plans.
You will participate in individual and small group therapy sessions tailored to specific conditions and the residents' biographies.
You will contribute to timely and comprehensible nursing documentation.

What you bring

You enjoy working with people and have empathy for seniors and individuals with dementia or mental illness.
You ideally have a background in social work, nursing, or caregiving, or have previous experience in the field.
You are willing to work in a 3-shift system and on weekends, Sundays, and holidays.
You are committed to continuous learning and professional development.
