Our team is seeking its next top performer; a _Restoration Technician._**We are looking for an experienced Restoration Technician to join our team.

You will be making an impact each day by responding to customer needs for Water and Fire Restoration jobs. This includes the completion of drying, demolition, and other restoration activities.

You are IICRC certified with meaningful previous experience in cleaning/restoration.

You hold yourself to a high standard and care deeply about the quality of your work and its impact on customers and your team.


_ Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM, On-call Rotation_

Requirements:


  • A positive, cando attitude
  • Ability to be able to supervise up to 3 people
  • Valid driver's license without a major violation (OMVI, Reckless, etc.)
  • Be drug free and committed to staying drug free
  • Can communicate with crews, customers, and management verbally and/or in writing
  • A high school diploma, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience
  • Eager to learn and acquire new skills

  • Responsible for documentation of jobs to ensure accuracy

Bonus Points:


  • IICRC Certifications such as WRT, AMRT, ASD, and/or FSRT
  • Experience with trauma/crime scene cleanup
  • Experience with crawlspace encapsulation
  • Knowledge and experience with Encircle and/or Xcelerate job management systems

Physical Requirements:


  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)
  • Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
  • Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
  • Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
  • Ability to travel locally
