Role: The Office of Residence Life is a highly visited office by students, parents, and facilities/ABM and contract workers. The Front Desk Operations Assistant will greet and attend to visitors. This role will contribute to student and family satisfaction and operational efficiency in Residence Life which manages 3,750 undergraduate residential students and 300 commuter students.
The Office of Residence Life receives an extremely high volume of phone calls and email volume throughout the academic year and summer. This Front Desk Operations Assistant position would manage calls, triage walk-ins, and pull keys for ABM, students, and facilities. This position would also assist in the check-in and check-out process, lock changes and lockouts, as well as other daily operations of the office. The position would also support the growing undergraduate residential population and serve to support Housing Lottery, Resident Assistant support, and the Work Study student leaders in Residence Life.
