Qualifications and Requirements

  • Change Management certified (e.g. Prosci, or other change management methodology)
  • Ability to work collaboratively with project manager, project team members and leaders, etc.
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization supporting various groups/teams
  • Willingness to "roll up sleeves" and produce deliverables (not just consult/advise)
  • Hybrid worker with expectation of being onsite for critical meetings, client engagements, etc.
  • 58 years of experience as change consultant and/or leading change initiatives, including OCM activities such as change strategy and plan, stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, change readiness assessment/measurement; identifying change management risks and issues and escalating/resolving as appropriate; and status reporting
  • Proven experience supporting largescale, organizational changes and/or leading smallmid size organizational change initiatives e.g., process, policy, org design, culture/behavior change.
  • Experience working in a unionized and regulated organization, preferred.
  • Healthcare industry experience, preferred.
  • Leading change from within a mediumlarge organization preferred.
  • Experience working with senior and midlevel leadership.
  • Meeting facilitation building shared understanding and leading groups to align on common objectives.
