Description

Do good with Lafim-Diakonie for the elderly. We are looking for a part-time (hours/week) house technician (m/f/d) for our facilities in Oranienburg.

Your contributions * You support the facility management in recording master data for the building and technical equipment in the house manager.

* You coordinate the execution of maintenance and inspection appointments with service companies. * You carry out scheduled maintenance measures and document all actions through the house manager.

* You monitor the property in terms of supply and disposal facilities, energy consumption, and structural condition, and promptly inform the facility management of any deviations from the desired state.

* You support the facility management in coordinating the work of specialized companies. * You maintain the property's records in the house manager and ensure that all information is up-to-date.
