Seeking an experienced Recruiter to hire and staff HHAs In the local Harrisburg, Lancaster and York markets. Recruiting experience in health care is a must

This job is fast past and requires outreach and then credentialling of the HHA's. We place the caregivers into Homes for home health care services/caregiving services.

You also must coordinate with the clients to make the matches work as far as finding the right staff for the right client.

Looking for someone with experience and someone who is a hard worker

Job Duties

Hire caregivers from online job ads
Post job ads as needed in markets required
Recruit caregivers to onboard and complete onboarding process
Schedule new caregivers into assignments
Set up meet and greets when required if client wants to choose options from a variety of caregivers
Run background checks (provided to you via links and training) on caregivers prior to them starting care
Make sure the caregiver is a great fit for the client assignment

Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour
