- Promote an environment of continual learning to support the growth of associates.
- Partner with business leaders to identify and prioritize learning and training needs that align with the organizational goals.
- Design and implement learning and development programs and training materials for on-site operations associates.
- Develop and communicate training schedules and course availability to all pertinent team members.
- Design, deliver, and conduct virtual, e-learning, in-person, and written trainings; ensure training content is engaging, interactive, and aligned with learning objectives.
- Regularly evaluate relevance of content; make recommendations for improvements based on manager and associate feedback and coordinate solutions.
- Monitor program effectiveness and measure results to ensure training and education needs are successfully met.
- Maintain up to date training library, manuals, reference guides, and other educational materials.
- Provide training on new company initiatives, policies, and procedures.
- Oversee the Learning Management System (Grace Hill), including tracking compliance, scheduling training, reporting, analyzing data, etc.
- Provide training on property management operations software platforms and online tools to include Yardi, On-Site, and CRM.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, techniques, and best practices.
- Travel regularly to properties across our portfolio to provide in-person support and training to our on-site operations teams.
- Must be a team player who takes a 'we' over 'me' approach to building and sustaining relationships with others.
- Must be determined, ambitious, and self-motivated.
- 3+ years of experience in property management, senior living industry preferred.
- 2+ years of experience with proven success in Learning and Development or Training field.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office, Google-Suite, property management software (Yardi strongly preferred, and CRM solutions.
- Experience working with a Learning Management System (Gracehill preferred).
- Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in related field preferred; Associate's degree required.
- Excellent communication skills; must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
- Valid driver's license and insured, operable vehicle.

The Position:
As the Trainer, Property Operations, you will provide training and continual support on our organization's learning and development programs while fostering engagement with on-site operations associates and managers. You will be responsible for organizing, implementing, and conducting classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training for on-site operations associates across our portfolio of properties. This position will be based in our home office inSpokane, WA and will require frequent travel to properties across our portfolio.
