Senior Vice President, Syndications


Position Summary:


The Syndications Financial Analyst will play a vital role in an energetic CREA department working in the multi-family affordable housing industry.

Analysts will be assigned to multiple client accounts to support the Vice President or Senior Vice President, serving as relationship managers for those accounts in evaluating, presenting, and closing partnerships for placement with CREA's investor clients.

These responsibilities are further outlined below.


Primary Responsibilities:


The primary responsibilities for this position are the preparation of investor's financial models and presentation materials, prospect pipelines, information grids, and benefits schedules.

Additional Financial Analyst responsibilities include:


  • Develop foundational understanding of LIHTC underwriting and transaction structure to support all other Primary Responsibilities
  • Prepare investorspecific charts, grids, tables outlining investment parameters and comparisons
  • Prepare and manage investor financial models and benefits schedules
  • Assist in the coordination of the thirdparty review process for properties in multiinvestor funds and other investor outlets as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of and updates to sales materials for fund offerings.
  • Assist with due diligence reviews for investors
  • Update and monitor deal pipelines for assigned accounts
  • Assist in closings at upper tier partnership level, including closing documentation preparation & postclosing followups
  • Prepare and organize deal pitch materials for investor meetings
  • Prepare and organize materials for sales meetings as needed
  • Respond to ad hoc requests from investors and team members
  • Assist other team members in their responsibilities
  • Other duties as assigned by the Executive Vice President, Managing Directors, Senior Vice Presidents and managers.
