Job Summary:


We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Remote Patient Monitoring Specialists, specifically focused on assisting seniors with monitoring their blood pressure.

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and health management of our senior clients by providing personalized support and guidance in blood pressure monitoring.


Responsibilities:


  • Travel to facilities and conduct blood pressure monitoring sessions with senior clients using our proprietary technology platform.
  • Use automated blood pressure monitoring devices to measure blood pressure according to established protocols.
  • Educate seniors on the importance of blood pressure management, including lifestyle modifications and medication adherence.
  • Review blood pressure readings, identifying trends or abnormalities that require further attention.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, such as physicians and nurses, to communicate relevant patient information and coordinate care.
  • Provide empathetic support and encouragement to seniors throughout their health journey, fostering a trusting and caring relationship.
  • Track interactions accurately in our electronic health record system.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay updated on best practices in remote patient monitoring and blood pressure management.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our remote patient monitoring program by offering insights and suggestions for enhancement.

Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to travel to different locations within the designated area.
  • Experience in healthcare is preferred.
  • Knowledge of blood pressure monitoring techniques and protocols (or willingness to learn).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and empathize with senior clients.
  • Proficiency in using technology platforms such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite for virtual interactions and electronic health record management.
  • Compassionate and patientcentered approach to care, with a genuine desire to support seniors in managing their health.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Flexibility to work varying hours based on organizational and facility needs.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.

Job Types:
Full-time, Per diem, Travel healthcare


Pay:
$ $23.70 per hour
