POSITION OVERVIEW:

We work in a fast-paced environment, so the ideal Project Coordinator will be able to hit the ground running. With your proven digital marketing experience, you will execute and maintain one of our new website initiatives for 2023.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience in the development and launch of new websites from conception to production.

You will work closely with our in-house design and development teams and support them throughout the new website's complete lifecycle.

WHAT YOUR DAYS WILL LOOK LIKE:

Work primarily with and support the Social Manager in all daily tasks.
Manage several projects at once without losing your cool
Provide endtoend project management from discovery to release.
Understand, identify, and deliver website requirements.
Help define strategic direction, vision, and goals.
Scope, document, and clearly communicate project requirements.
Create project plans and keep all deliverables on track.
Ensure rigorous user acceptance testing and quality assurance.
Continuously analyze, report on, and achieve objectives.
Manage daytoday stakeholder communications.
Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects.
Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects.
Perform several daily/weekly/monthly ongoing data tasks.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

The intrinsic motivation and autonomy to work independently.
Extensive experience communicating and working closely with developers, designers, and analytics coworkers.
Great communication with diverse stakeholders and channels
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
A deep respect for deadlines, details, and accuracy
Brainstorming, consensusbuilding, and conflict resolution skills
Comfort with Content Management Systems (WordPress, Drupal, SiteCore, etc.)
Familiarity with Content Management systems and HTML/CSS
Understanding of SEO and Google Analytics

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Bachelor's degree in communication, computer science or business administration preferred, but not required.
03+ years of professional project management experience (but we see this more entry level)
Digital agency background a plus
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) a plus
