Your Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead the Engineering team (8 employees in the Construction department and 2 employees in the Documentation and Material Maintenance departments)
  • Develop and oversee custom construction solutions using your expertise
  • Plan and coordinate project details, timelines, and resources, working closely with our sales department
  • Implement efficient processes and optimize engineering processes within the team
  • Ensure a high level of customer service within the team
  • Advise the sales team on expanding their expertise to improve customer acquisition
  • Foster an effective and efficient team dynamic
  • Support, encourage, and develop team members in collaboration with HR
