The JUDGE ROTENBERG CENTER (JRC) is a day and residential school located in Canton, Massachusetts licensed to serve ages five through adult.

Since 1971, JRC has provided very effective education and treatment to both emotionally disturbed students with conduct, behavior, emotional, and/or psychiatric problems, as well as those with intellectual disabilities or on the autism spectrum.

Direct Care Position(s):

We currently seek direct care workers for entry level and supervisory positions The direct care, entry-level positions are responsible for a variety of duties relating to and primarily concerned with implementing the students' treatment and educational programs.

Direct care individuals provide services/interventions that support skill development and mastery for students/clients within JRC's school and residential components.

They also maintain a safe environment for students/clients to thrive academically, while providing consistent treatment that leads to reduction of problem behaviors.

This position affords a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience with and knowledge of the current methods for treating the problems of autistic-like adolescents/adults and young adults with behavioral disorders.

It is an hourly non-exempt position.

Hours of work are assigned on a weekly basis and can be comprised of any day or shift necessary to assure adequate staffing, including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Benefits Snapshot:

Current staff members working overtime are earning $10,000 monthly

Annual Salary may reach over $100,000 with extra shifts
**Up to $25 per hour

$3000 First year sign-on bonus

Extra pay for verifiable experience

Weekend and assignment differentials
$100-$200 incentive pay for selected shifts

Flexible Schedules (day, evening, overnight, weekend, combination, or mother hours)

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalence

Increased rates for BA or beyond.

Increased rates for experience (1-3+ years)
