- Lead day-to-day client interactions and serve as their trusted point of contact and strategic resource within the agency.
- Support the internal team by crafting clear briefs, providing input, and developing strategies to guide them effectively.
- Anticipate the team's needs and proactively drive next steps.
- Track project budgets and timelines. Responsible for updating financial status and reviewing billing prior to release to clients; ensures prompt collection of accounts receivable.
- Responsible for reviewing creative assets to ensure mandatories are followed, and the brief or client feedback is addressed.
- Regularly updates both client and internal teams about project progress; notifies the Account Supervisor of potential issues and proposes solutions early to prevent escalation.
- Proactively pursues new projects and business opportunities through client contacts.
- Keep up with industry trends, emerging technologies, and relevant updates, and proactively provide clients with strategy and recommendations.
- Represent the agency at industry and community functions.
- BS/BA Degree.
- At least three (3) or more years of progressively responsible related experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging all levels of management effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized, with keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
- Must be a self-starter and work well in a team environment.
- High ethical standards.
- Knowledge of advertising agency software, such as Advantage
