• Must be able to read, spell, and write English without the aid of others
• Must be able to communicate verbally with guests and other team members without the aid of others
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more periodically without assistance
• Practice good personal hygiene.
• Must wear approved clean uniform and shoes specified by management

• Must be able to take direction from management and carry out instructions
• Must be able to stand and walk quickly for long periods of time
• Be physically flexible and have sufficient strength to perform all essential duties as shown in this job description

• Provide excellent guest service through a wellmaintained facility
• Perform general repair/maintenance of the property
• Pick up garbage, cigarette butts, and other rubble around the property
• Wash down sidewalks and other concrete as needed
• Trim bushes and eliminate weeds as needed
• Clean and wipe down all fuel pumps
• Sweep and pressure wash areas around fuel pumps
• Clean toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors in all bathrooms of the facility
• Empty trash cans around the facility
• Clean and mop floors in the facility
• Clean doors and windows around the whole facility
• Keep bathrooms, showers, and fuel lanes properly stocked throughout the facility
• Organize, stock, and maintain a clean walkin cooler
• Wash walls around the facility as needed
• Vacuum all carpeting and rugs and spottreat carpets
• Wipe down fire extinguishers
• Order and maintain inventory of cleaning materials and supplies
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

• While performing these duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to outdoor elements in all seasons and up to freezing temperatures in the cooler.
• Occasionally, the employee will also be exposed to fumes and particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration.
• The noise level in the work environment can be loud at times.
• While performing these duties, the employee may be exposed to dirt, dust, grime, grease, oil, gas, highconcentrated cleaning solutions, etc.

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Janitorial/custodial experience preferred
• Ability to understand cleaning chemicals used around the facility
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Sense of urgency in completing tasks
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to move from one task to another and stay busy
• Selfmotivated
• Ability to wear a respirator or other safety equipment when needed
• Ability to work with cleaning products daily
• Ability to work on your feet for the length of a work shift
• Ability to work on ladders if needed
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more periodically
