  • Proven 35 years of experience in administrative and client relations support or a related field.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), experience with Salesforce, ZenDesk, GDSN, Google Suite is helpful
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal & written
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Primary Responsibilities:


As a Danaco Administrative and Client Support Specialist, you will work closely with fresh produce suppliers and distributors to assure the accurate and on time delivery of high quality products that consumers love, everyday.


  • Process orders, resolve order issues and assure ontime and accurate deliveries
  • Courteously and accurately respond to customer inquiries and concerns
  • Manage internal system for handling customer inquiries and tracking support tickets through completion
  • Skillfully gather and analyze information and develop alternative solutions to resolve issues
  • Communicate crop challenges, promotions, supply changes, etc. to appropriate stakeholders
  • Accurately update and maintain customer and supplier records
  • Assist in special projects and/or additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:


  • 35 years of experience in customer service or related field
  • Strong phone etiquette, communication and presentation skills
  • Conscientious, detailoriented and well organized
  • Takes initiative and acts independently and responsibly to work through obstacles while also escalating issues when appropriate
  • Proven to have a high degree of integrity and judgement
  • Proficiency in data entry and navigating computer systems
  • Energetic, positive, displays initiative, eager to learn

Work setting:

  • Mandatory first 90 days in office. Hybrid schedule to be discussed after 90 days.

Pay:
$55, $75,000.00 per year
