Job Description:


As a Sprinklr Platform Architect, you will play a crucial role in implementing robust solutions for our enterprise clients using our suite of products and services.

This role involves not only recommending the best solutions based on specific requirements, but also effectively communicating the trade-offs involved in each option.

As a trusted advisor, you will take ownership of the entire process and ensure a seamless and successful implementation of Sprinklr solutions for our clients.


Overview:


The Platform Architect is a key technical advisor responsible for helping our clients establish a strong technical foundation within the Sprinklr Platform.

Their main objective is to design solutions that drive desired business outcomes.

This includes promoting and reinforcing best practices in areas such as instance strategy, technical governance, data management, integrations, and overall platform health.

In this consultative role, the Platform Architect does not directly configure the platform, but instead guides Sprinklr and partner consultants, as well as customer resources,
