How you can contribute and help us move forward:

You are responsible for the availability and performance of all machines and equipment at the location.
You ensure preventive maintenance and further develop existing procedures for early detection of potential failures, analysis, and troubleshooting.
You plan investment and maintenance projects and implement them.
You initiate measures for continuous improvement of operational processes and resources in the technical area.
You have a focus on occupational safety and compliance with all GMP requirements.
You motivate and manage your team of approximately 15 employees and develop them further.
