Essential Job Functions

The Business Development Administrator will coordinate business development activities and provide focused administrative support as requested.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Perform full cycle invoice process
  • Maintain transactional client records for BD department
  • Work with finance department to maintain timely accounts receivable collections
  • Provide direct administrative support to Business Development team
  • Maintain communication with clients for AR, order processing, and issue resolution
  • Prepare monthly sales report (ie. Revenue, AR aging summary)
  • Implement and maintain full cycle sales process in ERP system
  • Coordinate parts orders and inventory orders as required
  • Assist with marketing efforts including trade show coordination.
  • Assist with coordination of meetings and/or customer visits
  • Provide internal/external audit support as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Continuously fully comply with all regulatory related requirements.
  • Work safely at all times.
  • Maintain excellent housekeeping standards.
  • Committed to a high standard of safety and willing to comply with all safety laws and all of the company's safety policies and rules. Must be willing to report safety violations and potential safety violations to appropriate supervisory or management personnel.
Skills and Experiences

  • 3+ years experience in office environment
  • 3+ Quickbooks software experience
  • ERP experience preferred
  • Bilingual (Mandarin and/or Spanish) a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy
  • Knowledge and ability to use various software programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook at proficient levels.
  • Ability to meet highest attendance standards (reliable, punctual, etc.)
Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Associates degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in Oil and Gas field preferred
Physical Demands

  • Could involve some lifting, up to 20 lbs.
  • Ability to perform physical requirement of job which may require prolonged sitting and/or standing, mínimal bending, kneeling,

Pay:
$45, $55,000.00 per year
