Full-time - Kassel - Leadership position - immediate start

Store Manager - Top Salary plus Annual Bonus (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

Lead, support, and motivate colleagues in your experience store
Independently manage your branch from planning to control
Increase efficiency through wellplanned personnel and inventory management
Plan and implement marketing strategies and optimize work processes
Achieve set goals and monitor key performance indicators

Your qualifications:

Completed training in retail, pet store, or a degree in business administration, e.g. business manager
Several years of experience in a leadership role in retail
Ability to motivate and inspire employees, with strong leadership skills
Open and friendly personality
Passion for pets, whether they have fur, fins, or feathers
