    That's the FACE Culture - and what we live and breathe here at MRA.MRA (The Management Association) is seeking a Marketing Director.

    Work with the VP of Member Engagement and Marketing to develop and execute an omnichannel marketing strategy that integrates marketing and membership initiatives across all departments/regions.

    As a Marketing Director at MRA, you get to:
    Lead a team that executes marketing, branding, and public relations strategies.
    Develop impactful marketing campaigns across services and channels.
    Prioritize, manage, and execute projects aligned to MRA's financial objectives.
    Collaboratively develop a content management strategy and calendar.
    Provide a vision and roadmap for emerging marketing technologies.


    Minimum Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree.8 years marketing experience in agency, B2B, non-profit, or professional services sector.
    Supervisory experience.
    Profit and loss responsibility with cost center management.
    Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Adobe Suite, and HTML skills.
