We are a prominent company operating along the lively Atlantic City Boardwalk, offering unique and enjoyable tramcar transportation services to locals and tourists alike.

Responsibilities:

Staff Management: Schedule tramcar staff shifts, supervise daily operations, and ensure smooth workflow.

Recruitment and Selection: Source, interview, and hire qualified tramcar operators and support staff.

Training and Onboarding: Conduct comprehensive onboarding sessions for new employees and provide ongoing training to ensure high-quality service standards.

Performance Management: Implement performance evaluation systems and take appropriate actions, including disciplinary measures or termination, when necessary.

Vehicle Maintenance: Identify maintenance needs of tramcars, coordinate repairs, and ensure vehicles are in optimal condition for operation.

Special Event Coordination: Plan and execute tramcar services for special events, including festivals, parades, and corporate gatherings.

Customer Service: Address customer complaints promptly and effectively, striving to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Safety Compliance: Ensure tramcar operations comply with safety regulations and company policies at all times.


Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in transportation, tourism, or hospitality industries.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated problemsolving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures and experience coordinating repairs is advantageous.

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed


Pay:
$1, $2,000.00 per week
