    Bilingual Full-Cycle Accounts Payable Specialist


    PrideStaff Financial is looking for an experienced Bilingual Accounts Payable Specialist to join an established team and make an immediate impact by processing payments The Client offers benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision.


    Job Responsibilities:

    • Manage the full accounts payable cycle from invoice receipt to payment
    • Process invoices and pay vendor bills in a timely and accurate manner
    • Match receipts to invoices and resolve any discrepancies professionally
    • Maintain wellorganized accounts payable records and files
    • Communicate effectively with vendors in both English and Spanish to resolve issues
    • Prepare checks and ensure payment amounts are correct

    Skills Required:

    • Strong knowledge of accounts payable procedures and financial analysis
    • Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal skills
    • Highly organized with the ability to manage deadlines and priorities
    • Attentive to detail and committed to accuracy
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
    Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $ $28.00 Per
